Brief: Transforming the Miles & Smiles Loyalty Program’s “Inform customers about Miles” campaign to the end of 2017.
How we achieved: We have created two different personalised video scenarios to achieve this communication. In our videos, we spoke to the people with their names, offered up-to-date Mil information, and at the end of the video, we got them to buy airplane tickets or direct them to shop at ShopAndMiles.com.
