To achieve this, Turkish Airlines turned to Bihalt to craft a creative and personalised experience. Our PV technology meticulously scanned data from hundreds of thousands of members to create unique, 100% personalised videos. These videos, tailored to the exact year each member joined, addressed them by name and announced their special gift, making every anniversary celebration even more memorable.
